EVENT PURPOSE Annual launch party and sales conference
We constructed a 60-foot half-pipe at the L.A. LIVE Event Deck to both unite and divide the launch party’s LA-inspired themes: edgy, graffiti-chic street on one side, and an elegant, upscale lounge on the other.
Transportation from six hotels, signage, decor – the bulk of the launch party had to be changed a mere three weeks out because the client requested it be held at a different venue.
Hair, makeup, and costume makeover stations gave the company’s top producers surprise Gilded Age transformations so they could look the part during this Gatsby-themed reception.
Tip: Creating multiple party spaces – each with its own identity and activities – within one venue can help keep large corporate groups engaged long through the night.
